RICH PAUSE SL operates the IKIBORN restaurant at the same address.
The Website provides information about the IKIBORN restaurant, its menu, table bookings, group and event bookings and the purchase of gift cards. Access to the Website is free and makes you a user, which implies acceptance of this legal notice.
Users agree to use the Website appropriately, in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice. Using it for unlawful purposes, introducing viruses or harmful software, or attempting to access restricted areas of the owner’s or third parties’ systems is prohibited.
Bookings and gift card purchases are handled through the CoverManager platform, integrated into the Website. Each process is governed by its own terms, which users can review before confirming. Payments are processed through that platform’s secure payment gateway; RICH PAUSE SL has no access to full payment card details.
The Website’s content (texts, photographs, videos, graphic design, logos, the IKIBORN brand and source code) belongs to RICH PAUSE SL or to third parties who have authorised its use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the owner’s express written permission is prohibited.
RICH PAUSE SL works to keep the Website’s information (menu, prices, opening hours) up to date but may change it without notice. Published menus and prices are for guidance only; those in force at the restaurant prevail. RICH PAUSE SL is not liable for service interruptions, technical errors or damage caused by third parties beyond its control.
Allergen information: restaurant staff hold allergen information for every dish, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1169/2011. Users may request it before ordering.
The Website may include links to third-party websites and social networks. RICH PAUSE SL does not control their content or privacy policies and accepts no liability for them.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy, both available on the Website.
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
